How to do black tea drying

1.Initial drying:

The mechanical drying equipment should use a mesh belt or chain plate continuous dryer suitable for manufacturing high-end black tea. According to the quality of the tea, the initial air inlet temperature should be controlled at (120 ~ 130) , the road time (10 ~ 15) min, including The amount of water should be within (15 20)%.

2.Spread coolling:

Put the tea leaves after the initial drying in the shelves and return to full cool situation.

3.Final Drying:

The finaly drying is still carried out in the dryer, the temperature response is preferably (90 ~ 100) , and the water content is below 6%.
