How to do Kungfu black tea rolling in China :
Whether the rolling is sufficient has a great influence on the fermentation of Kung Fu black tea.
If the twisting is insufficient, the cell damage is insufficient, which will lead to poor “fermentation”. Usually, kung fu black tea needs to be twisted 2 to 3 times.
