Simple steps for frying tea leaves

1. Cleaning

When frying tea, first pick a single bud, one bud and one leaf or two leaves, put it into the tea basket, then spread the tea leaves on the bamboo plaque, sift out old leaves, dead leaves, residual leaves and other miscellaneous leaves, and sieve out the remaining leaves. Soak the tea leaves in clean water to clean away the dirt adsorbed on the surface of the tea leaves.

2.Wither

After washing the tea leaves, spread them on a bamboo plaque and dry them in the sun for 4 to 6 hours or put them in a Tea Withering Machine. During this period, the tea leaves need to be turned over 1 or 2 times to make the tea leaves even and the color of the tea leaves darker.
